Whether it is a large-scale distribution centre or a compact office, we work closely with you and have short lines of communication with our construction partners. Our construction process consists of three distinct phases:
This phase is all about your ambitions and wishes. What do you want to build and how does this best fit your business processes? We start with a sketch design and an initial cost estimate. This gives you a quick insight into the possibilities and allows you to further refine the ideal picture.
Do you already have an architect or other parties involved in the design? No problem! We are happy to work together and draw up a construction team agreement in which we define the responsibilities and requirements each party has to meet. This ensures smooth cooperation and an efficient construction process.
Are you enthusiastic about the sketch design and cost estimate? Then we will elaborate it further. We analyse the location, arrange any permits and discuss important issues such as safety and sustainability. In addition, we elaborate the sketch design into a final design. We also make the cost estimate transparent with an open budget, incorporating quotes from suppliers and our own calculations. This leads to a fixed contract sum.
Now the real work starts. We arrange the procurement, work preparations and start the construction. Throughout this process, you will have a single point of contact: the project manager. Once your premises have been completed, we take care of the final details and any aftercare. This ensures a smooth construction process and a building that fully meets your expectations.
