Rollepaal in Dedemsvaart is specialised in the development, manufacturing and maintenance of advanced machinery for the production of plastic pipe systems. Because of the fast growth of the company, its testing and assembly facilities had become too small. After the renovation of the office building, we were therefore commissioned for the expansion of the testing hall and for the construction of an assembly hall.
After the expansion of the testing hall, our Design & Build department also realized the new assembly hall, which has been delivered in 2019. The team was fully responsible for the execution and coordination of the project. Tom Bont, director of Rollepaal: “During the construction of the assembly hall, Voortman was almost entirely holding the reins. We therefore had relatively little to interfere with the execution.”
The result of the construction is a functional, spatial and light production hall with an attractive appearance, thanks to the large windows.
