What we do

Every project starts with an initial contact with our client. Together we look at the corporate vision, internal processes and future development. We transpose these aspects into a schedule of requirements and a spatial plan. Based on these documents, an initial sketch and draft design are created.

After signing an agreement we take care of the permits and we develop the technical drawings. Once a permit has been issued, implementation commences. In the implementation phase we take care of everything; from the foundations right through to the finishing. All aspects of the project are aligned. We work closely with our chain partners and suppliers in order to realise the business premises within the set time frame, costs and quality. 

During the entire process we as Design and Build department are involved. We adopt a proactive approach and share our knowledge whenever necessary. At all times with the highest attainable end result as a goal. Of course, the customer remains involved continuously. Together we strive for a perfect final completion.

The TEAM

Our Design & Build department consists of a young, energetic group of people which is every day committed 100% to building the most diverse range of business premises. We have expanded a lot in the past few years and our ambition is to continue this growth. We want to continue to innovate and professionalise.

Next to hard work we believe enjoyment and cooperation in our team is very important. We always have fun and help each other. Within our department there are lots of opportunities for development.
