Vidalco Climate Floors delivers prefab modular solutions, among which modules for the heating and cooling of buildings. The company is experiencing significant growth and has grown out its existing housing. That is why our Design & Build department was contracted for the construction of a new company building.
Last Wednesday, the first pile of the building was driven into the ground. The new building has an area of more than 2,000 square meters and consists of a production area, storage hall, office and training facility. It will be located on the N50 in Kampen (NL).
4D Architects is responsible for the modern and timeless design of the company building. Voortman Steel Construction delivers the shell of the building and Van Losser Installatiegroep takes care of the installations. Vidalco will of course also apply its own prefab floor heating modules in the building.
