Commissioned by Hercuton, we are involved in the construction of the new European head office of Ranpak, a global supplier of innovative and sustainable packaging in Kerkrade. The building will include spaces for production and logistics, sustainable office spaces and a large showroom.
For this logistics centre we supply and assemble the steel structure of more than 1,300 tonnes, the hollow-core floors and the roof and wall cladding. It consists of 26,200 square meters of warehouse and production facility, 3,500 square meters of office space and 600 square meters of showroom. We will complete our work in the last quarter of 2022.
The property, a Boelens de Gruyter development, will be provided with a high-quality finish including solar panels on the roof and will receive the BREEAM Very Good certificate upon completion. The building will provide employment for about 350 people. Location is business park Julia in the north of Eygelshoven (municipality of Kerkrade), close to the German border.
