We are currently working on the construction and assembly of Elements Amsterdam, a unique residential tower with 70 rental and 70 owner-occupied flats overlooking the Amstel River. The project is being carried out in close collaboration with our client Kondor Wessels Amsterdam, with whom we have previously completed several successful projects.

For this project, we are responsible for the delivery and assembly of a 676-tonne steel structure. The building will ultimately reach a height of approximately 70 metres. Elements Amsterdam is a project that perfectly matches our experience with complex steel structures and hybrid construction methods. It requires precise coordination between the steel and concrete elements so that both fit together perfectly. The assembly is already in its final phase, with 21 of the 23 floors now completed. We expect to complete the entire steel structure before Christmas.

As we work on the steel structure of the building, Elements Amsterdam is gradually taking on its characteristic shape. Future residents will soon be able to enjoy life in both the city and nature to the fullest. In addition to residential units, the building will feature an indoor swimming pool with a view of the Amstel River and commercial facilities. It will also have an indoor garden and green, wooded roof gardens. In 2020, Elements, a development by KondorWessels Vastgoed, won the top prize at the London Design Awards.
We are proud to contribute our expertise to this leading project, which is shaping the Amsterdam skyline and helping to meet the growing demand for new housing in the Netherlands.
