Everlake eCommerce, based in Sneek, sells coffee machine maintenance products through its online stores. The company is the market leader in the Netherlands. Due to Everlake's rapid growth in recent years, they need a new building.

To get a first impression of the possibilities and costs of a new commercial building, owner Dirk Jan Pheifer made a design on our website. In response, Voortman contacted us.
"Because of the location of the lot, the municipality was very critical of the design. Several designs were rejected, but all the while Voortman kept in touch. That pleasant personal contact was ultimately the reason for me to build with them" - Dirk Jan Pheifer.
Voortman Design & Build built a three-story office building with warehouse for Everlake, at a prominent location on the A7 and on the Sneek canal. The design came about in close consultation with Everlake and Kat Koree Architects. We delivered the building on a turnkey basis. Dirk Jan Pheifer: "Voortman always thought of solutions and provided us with good advice. There was always an excellent atmosphere on the building site. All parties were working there with pleasure and full of pride. This was partly due to the way in which the people of Voortman managed the project. Consequently, no difficulties occurred; the whole construction was just a party!"
