Elements Amsterdam is a unique residential tower on the banks of the Amstel, comprising 70 rental flats and 70 owner-occupied flats. The project is being carried out in close collaboration with our client, Kondor Wessels Amsterdam, with whom we have previously had the pleasure of delivering several successful projects.
▶️ Construction update Elements Amsterdam
We have now fully completed the supply and erection of the 676-tonne steel structure for Elements Amsterdam. The building has reached a height of approximately 70 metres. Thanks to the use of a hybrid construction method, precise coordination between the steel and concrete elements was essential to achieve a perfect end result. The completion of the steel structure marks an important milestone, and the building is increasingly taking on its final appearance.
An impressive design on the Amstel
As work continues to complete the building, Elements Amsterdam is gradually taking on its distinctive form. Future residents will soon be able to enjoy the best of both worlds here: city life and nature. In addition to residential units, the building will feature an indoor swimming pool overlooking the River Amstel and commercial facilities. It will also have a courtyard garden and green, woodland-style roof gardens. In 2020, Elements, a development by KondorWessels Vastgoed, won the top prize at the London Design Awards.
