The Crown Storage Centre in Alphen aan den Rijn is a modern storage and multi-tenant business complex on Leidse Schouw. The building comprises 137 multifunctional storage and business units, ranging in size from 24 m2 to 150 m2. Thanks to this diversity, the complex is suitable for a wide range of business activities and storage requirements.
Our work
Severfield was responsible for the supply and assembly of 310 tonnes of steel structure. Thanks to the efficient collaboration with De Raad Bouw B.V. and the other project partners, the steel structure was completed on schedule and formed the basis for the further completion of the building.
Result
The Crown Storage Centre has now been fully completed and is operational. The completion of this multi-tenant business complex has created a future-proof site that meets the growing demand for high-quality storage and commercial space in the Alphen aan den Rijn region.
