FloriWorld is the experience center of the Dutch horticultural sector. The building’s colourful cladding represents the Dutch blooming bulb fields. The location is – of course – Aalsmeer, home of the horticultural sector.
We delivered an integral project: from the supply and mounting of the steel structure, the precast hollow core slabs and the prefab staircases, up to and including the roof and wall cladding. In the preparatory phase, we consultations. There was a lot of consultation with our client in the preliminary phase. After this thorough preparation, we started production of the project just two weeks before the start of construction. Assembly started on the planned date.
FloriWorld expects several hundreds of thousands of visitors per year. The building also accommodates a restaurant, meeting rooms and offices for among others Bloemenbureau Holland.
