At the Oudeland business park in Berkel en Rodenrijs, we built business premises for Fangoo & Zon Impex, wholesaler of international products for the catering industry and supermarkets in the Benelux. The 4,800 square meter building has a high-quality appearance and is situated at a prominent location along the N471.
It consists of two volumes, different in height, that are built against each other. The warehouse has a height of approximately 11 meters. A second, lower part has been built around it, containing the office, showroom and dispatch area. For this project, we supplied and installed the 200 tonnes steel structure, the floors and the parapet elements.
