In collaboration with EZ Park, we built the three-storey above-ground parking garage The Joan II, next to the multitenant building The Joan I. The two buildings are located in a visible location at the junction of the A10 and A2.
The green façade of the parking garage consists of a wire net with planters attached to it. As a result, the design is in line with the design of the office building. The installations of the parking garage are fed from the sustainable main installation of the office building.
We supplied and mounted the steel structure, the steel-sheet concrete flooring systems, the concrete hollow-core slab floors, the decorative fence for the stairwell and the storey-high fencing.
