Severfield Steel Construction participated in the construciton of the headquarters of Bluewater Energy Services at Park 20|20 in Hoofddorp. Commissioned by IBB Kondor, Severfield delivered and assembled the steel construction for the sustainable office building.
The building is a development of Park 20|20 cv. The basic design is by the American architecture firm William McDonough + Partners, with the assistance of N3O from The Hague. Priorities for the design were a healthy working environment and the New Way of Working. An atrium and open work floors enable employees to communicate easily with each other.

This sustainable, full-service office park stimulates people- and environment- friendly entrepreneurship in the region. At the realisation, demountable construction and building materials that fit the Cradle to Cradle concept are being used. As well as solar energy, water purification and heat and cold storage. Severfield Steel Construction is explicitly present at Park 20|20: in addition to the Bluewater office, we participated in the construction of the buildings of Fifpro, BSH office and Fox Verre Reizen and the Technical Pavilion.
