Contracted by IBB Kondor, Severfield Steel Construction also participated in the construction of the FOX holidays building at Park 20|20 in Hoofddorp. We previously realized the building of BSH, FIFPro, Bluewater and the Technical Pavilion here.
The foundation consists of prefabricated concrete piles. In addition, poured foundation beams and foundation blocks were installed. On the ground floor, we applied a main supporting structure out of steel. The ground floor consists of hollow core slabs. These are insulated at the bottom and provided with a finishing floor. The floors of the other stories consist of so-called Slimline floors, composite slabs with profiled steel sheeting.
