In cooperation with construction company Vastbouw and Loohuis Installation Technology, Voortman Steel Construction has built the new business premises for Kippers Rijssen. The company supplies all kinds of machinery and tools for equipping workshops. We took care of the entire construction process for Kippers, from applying for the environmental permit to the turnkey delivery of the business premises.
The eye-catcher of this contemporary building is a large, open showroom with lots of glass. The spacious layout offers customers plenty of space to view the extensive range. The building also consists of a warehouse and a small office. It contains a ground floor and a first floor, both with an area of 1,200 m2. With the commissioning of this new building, Kippers Rijssen is ready for the future in all respects. The building not only offers room for growth, but is also sustainable thanks to the installation of a heat pump and solar panels.
