From digital design to steel structure

A well-prepared manufacturing process forms the basis for precise fabrication. We prepare the various manufacturing stages based on technical models, working drawings and project specifications.

Digital information from the engineering department supports the material processing, machining and assembly of steel structures. In doing so, we take into account the production sequence, the required machining operations and the requirements for the end product.

During the production process, we check whether the steel structures meet the specified quality requirements and maintain a clear record of the history of each structural component. Depending on the project specifications, the components are then given the necessary surface treatment and prepared for transport and assembly.

Automation and craftsmanship

Within our production facilities, we combine automated production technology with the craftsmanship of experienced production staff. Modern machinery supports the precise machining of steel, whilst our specialists are responsible for tasks that require specific technical knowledge and experience.

By preparing production processes digitally and automating them where possible, we can efficiently coordinate various operations. At the same time, we continue to improve our production methods and invest in technology that meets the changing requirements of steel construction projects.

Inspection at every stage of production

Quality assurance forms part of the entire production process. From checking materials and dimensions to assessing welding work and assembled structural components: during fabrication, we check that the steelwork complies with the agreed project specifications. Thanks to full traceability, we keep track of the material, production and quality data for each structural component, from the steel supplier right through to assembly on site. This ensures that the history of every component remains transparent and allows us to demonstrably guarantee quality throughout the entire process. Our processes are underpinned by relevant quality standards and certifications, including EN 1090 and EN ISO 3834-2.
