Voortman Steel Construction realised the new office building for Ostermann in Nijverdal (NL). For this Design & Build assignment we coordinated all activities, from design to delivery.
The building has a high-quality finish, both inside and out. With luxuriously finished facades and black ceilings and cast floors. In addition, the office building is energy neutral. This means that it generates the amount of energy it consumes. This is achieved by applying solar panels, LED lighting and an air heat pump.
