We realized the expansion of the existing business premises, designed by 4D architects. They also took care of the permit application. We took care of the constructive and architectural elaboration of the project.
What immediately catches the eye is the beautiful false facade with aluminium expanded metal. The 12 meter high building offers space for storage, shipping and offices. Due to the expansion, the existing building had to be provided with materials with the right fire-resistant properties. The storage hall has been adapted to the primary process of the client, among other things by using mobile racks. The building is also equipped with an indoor double loading dock.
