Distribution centre Oudeland, located at the business park of the same name north of Rotterdam, was designed by Heembouw Architecten and has a surface area of approximately 20,300 square meters. The property consists of a warehouse, office spaces and a mezzanine. The distribution centre has a flexible layout, with two identical offices on both sides of the building and a possibility to split the hall. The mezzanine is suitable for storage as well as for expansion of storage and office.
The sustainable distribution centre has received a BREEAM Very Good certification. We supplied and mounted the steel structure of 640 tonnes and the hollow-core floors. The work took about eight weeks.
