Commissioned by Hercuton, we helped build a logistics center with production facilities and office space. This high-quality, sustainable development is located in the Julia business park in the north of Eygelshoven (Kerkrade). The building contains spaces for production and logistics, sustainable office space and a large showroom.
For this logistics centre we supplied and assembled the steel structure of more than 1,300 tonnes, the concrete hollow-core slab floors and the roof and wall cladding. It consists of 26,200 square meters of warehouse and production facility and 4,100 square meters of office space. Phase 1 of this development was built for Ranpak, supplier of sustainable packaging solutions.
