The Central Park office building is one of the eye-catchers of the Utrecht skyline. The 90-metre high building contains 28,000 square metres office space, 500 square meters hospitality space and more than 110 apartments. There is a five-story parking garage underneath it. Unique feature is the two-story high inner park. The office building meets all requirements in the field of sustainability and therefore received a BREEAM Excellent label.
Our activities consisted of supplying and assembling the steel for the underground parking garage, the office building and the connection to the City Plateau, altogether 1,000 tonnes. We also supplied and mounted the steel-sheet concrete flooring.
