The former office building Winston Churchill Tower in Rijswijk has been transformed into a modern residential tower with around 310 apartments. The revised building, called The Minister, has a three-storey addition and is provided with bay windows and balconies.
For this project we supplied and assembled the various steel structures and the steel sheet-concrete floors. A new load-bearing outer shell with a steel structure has been added to the building. We also supplied and assembled steel structures for the three-story addition, for the reinforcement of the concrete hull and the steel roof structure for the solar panels on the parking garage.
