Wijnen Bouw Horst was commissioned by Intospace 37 to build a new logistics center on the DocksNLD business park in 's-Heerenberg. The innovative distribution centre consists of a warehouse with office space and has a gross floor area of approximately 14,700 square meters. The outdoor area is also fully equipped with greenery, parking spaces, electric car charging stations and a covered bicycle parking.
We assembled the steel structure of over 650 tons and the hollow-core slab floors of the building. The building was delivered with a BREEAM-NL Excellent certification. It features, among other things, a sustainable installation and PV panels on the roof surface. In addition, great attention has been paid to the ecological facilities on site to make them fit in with the building's surroundings.
