The building has a ground surface of 36,000 square meters and consists of two halls with office space, one is provided with a ramp to a parking deck. Wijnen Bouw Someren provided the main design and we performed the detailed calculations. In the engineering phase, we incorporated the wishes of the future tenant into the design wherever possible.
Our activities further consisted of delivering and assembling the approximately 1,500-tonnes structural steel (including preservation) and laying the hollow-core concrete slab floors, both in the offices and above the dock shelters of hall 2. The lot offers sufficient space to expand the building with two more halls in the future. In preparation for this expansion, ground anchors have already been placed at the rear of the building.
